Tamiya 54232 M3 Thread Forming Tap

• M3 forming tap can be used to pre tap M3 threads in (2.5mm) holes to reduce the screwing resistance of sensitive screws (e.g. aluminum). Especially with carbon fiber reinforced parts (PA-CF) this can be a relief and thus protect the screws.
• For M3x0.5 standard thread
• a hand drill is needed (e.g. #74086)
