BL-2s drive system
Slash's BL-2s brushless drive system is an absolute first with 15% more speed, faster acceleration and a more responsive throttle. Improved efficiency, high-speed ball bearings and an internal fan allow Slash to run battery after battery for all-day race sessions. With no brushes to wear out, the BL-2s 3300 Kv motor can last the entire racing season with minimal maintenance.

Track-ready performance
Whether racing at the local track or taking a trip to the backyard, the Slash is ready to go. The Slash's track-ready chassis features an integrated transponder mount and an extended battery tray for optimal weight positioning. With fully adjustable steel suspension and a metal gear differential that ensures smooth power transmission, the Slash gives you the edge.

Extreme HD components
Slash's factory-installed Extreme Heavy Duty driveline and suspension components provide a rock-solid platform. Extreme HD axle carriers, caster blocks, steering blocks and driveshafts are reinforced with additional material for ultimate strength and durability. With the addition of HD control arms made from Traxxas' toughest composite material, this is the strongest drivetrain ever offered in a 2WD Slash.

Clipless Body Assembly
Slash's revolutionary clipless body holds up no matter how tough the race gets. Heavy-duty latches hold the body tight, but can be released in seconds to allow a quick battery change on the pit bench. This convenient, hidden latch system replaces traditional body clips with large, reinforced panels to maintain body integrity and prevent pull-through damage.
